'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' started as an ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Moretti lineage in 1985, our small family-founded pizzeria featured heirloom recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Marco Moretti, our originator, mastered pizza crafting during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with renowned Neapolitan pizza chefs. After her Italian escapade, she aimed to replicate Naples's iconic pizza using time-tested techniques and premium components in the UK.
Though initially a quaint 12-seat pizza shop, we've evolved into a cherished community fixture without compromising our dedication to excellence and genuineness. Retaining traditional wood-fired oven methods, we still prepare our dough afresh regularly and select top-tier ingredients meticulously.
To this day, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' continues under the stewardship of the Moretti’s second generation, guiding a devoted crew. While we've adopted contemporary advancements, our core mission persists: to concoct appetizing, original pizza that unites patrons.
