At Dough Maestro's Pizzeria, we take great pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our customers.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. If your order has not left our premises, we will be happy to cancel it and process a full refund in £ to your original payment method.
Returns and Refunds After Delivery
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product after delivery. Our return window lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Any food products that have been opened or consumed
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
